Website privacy.

This notice explains the information used by the JK Tax Services website. It covers website inquiries and optional analytics, not the separate handling of records for an agreed tax or accounting engagement.

Consultation inquiries

When you use the inquiry form, you provide your name, email address, service interest, and any optional phone number or message. JK Tax Services uses that information to respond and discuss the help you need.

When online delivery is configured, the form sends your inquiry to the practice using Resend, an email delivery provider. If the service is unavailable, the form displays an error and offers a phone contact instead of confirming receipt.

Please keep sensitive records out of this form

The website inquiry form is not a secure client-document portal. Do not send tax returns, Social Security numbers, bank account information, or other sensitive records through it. Contact JK Tax Services to arrange an appropriate way to share records.

Optional website analytics

The website uses Google Analytics by default to understand how it is used. You can turn it off at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. It helps the practice understand which pages people use and whether contact actions work. Turning analytics off does not stop you from using the website or requesting a consultation.

Analytics events use limited information such as the page, service category, and type of contact action. The site's custom tracking does not send the name, email, phone number, or message you enter in the form. The site stores your analytics preference in your browser for 180 days. When analytics is available, you can change that preference using Cookie preferences in the footer.

Website operation and protection

The hosting and email services process information needed to run the website and deliver inquiries. The form uses validation, spam checks, and temporary request limits to help prevent misuse. A hashed form of the requesting network address is kept briefly for those limits and is not stored with your inquiry. Form details are not included in the site's application logs.

Links to Facebook, Instagram, or other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This notice covers the JK Tax Services website.
